I had such a great experience and good gestures from Coastal Collosion today. I was stranded after my car battery was down( My mistake I left headlights when I went to gym) And I had to rush home to go to Drs, called AAA but their expected time was 2hrs, so I walked to Coastal Collision if someone could help, they right away jumped in walked with portable jump starter and let me start the car, I offered them to pay but they didn’t want me to pay, it was really great experience and I was lucky to see Drs on time.

Courteous professional and top notch. These guys have been making a solid name for their shop in this area for as long as I can remember (been here 15 years). I know craftsmen, insurance adjusters and neighbors alike who all say the same type things about this family business for years. We had a small accident and these guys got us back up and dunning with new parts paint and function in just over a week. Super stoked these guys are local.

So pleasantly surprised! They gave me an estimate for what was needed, no more and no less. When I arrived to pick up my car, I saw a job that had been professionally done. Flawless! Then I was charged less than the estimate because they did it in less time. This was not being paid by insurance. Insurers take notice: If you don't use this place consider doing so; you'll probably save money, and your policyholders will love the service they receive
