We received an estimate that had parts not needed and an outrageous mark up on parts some more than double. 3200. Thank God we researched this

This company - AWFUL! The guy helping us out never introduced himself and smoked a cigarette in my car when my car got stuck in some ice. Terrible service, terrible staff.

Called up AAA for a tow and it seems like the area in NH that we were in, AAA contracts Caron Fabrication. They ended upgetting to us an hour late When we saw the driver drive up, we tried waving him down but he drove away. we callled up AAA again to get him back and it took 30 minutes to get the driver back. He ended up charging us $150 IN CASH in order to tow us even though we used AAA which promised a free tow since we pay for a subscription. We ended up folding and took out 150 from the ATM so we could get our car towed, since we had a wedding that we were .participating in. PLEASE KNOW THAT CARON FABRICATION IS A PREDATOR BUSINESS. The driver gave me a horrible attitude and showed no empathy. He knew that we were desperate and showed no empathy towards the situation that we were in. I suggest using a local towing business in littleton or Bethlehem before using AAA for a tow.

We were stranded in the rain and called AAA who set us up with this "business" (criminal agency) who refused to help us unless we paid 150 in cash to get towed. Will be calling AAA to make sure they do not contract with this company again. Avoid if at all possible

This place is awful. We were stranded in the middle of rainstorm right before a wedding clearly looking desperate and helpless and he genuinely took advantage of us and refused to help us unless we paid him $150 in cash. I will be calling AAA in the morning to hopefully get some king of compensation for this awful service. This place is criminal and run by thieves. He gave us so much attitude and blamed us for everything that happened even though it was overall just an unfortunate situation where no one was to blame. He smoked his cigarette the whole time while helping us and was completely unprofessional. Awful service. Never use them.

Refused to help until we took out cash from the ATM. Wouldnt even shake my hand after the job was done.

This place is fabricating con jobs. My woman took her rig here for rust preventing passing inspection. Agreed upon price was $4k but Caron kept the car hostage demanding $5k to get my car back. When I finally got my car back 6 months later it still wouldn’t pass inspection due to rust. Now having to sue in small claims court. Avoid at all cost, not a competent mechanic doing honest work. I did not personally use this business, but I did have a badly unsafe experience coming home from work today. I was already driving much faster than what I should have been, and their tow truck came up behind me and rode my bumper close enough that I couldn't even see their front bumper, and they stayed like that for a good 4 or 5 miles without passing in the multiple passing zones that were clear, when they finally did pass, there was a black truck riding the tow trucks back bumper at the same speeds. There was zero need for it when it is going to cause an accident one day, an inexperienced or nervous driver would not handle that situation well.
