I work in the service industry and, as such, I place a premium on customer experience. From the very first interaction, these folks were fantastic; attentive to detail, responsive and communicative, and easy to work with. While I hope to never need their services again, I'm telling all my friends about Westford Collision. They've definitely earned a customer for life!
They fixed 2 ugly dents for less than $200! I got quotes from 2 other body shops for $3,000, but Westford Collision explained a workaround easier/cheaper way to do the repair. As a bonus, their waiting area is clean and comfortable.
Quality of workmanship is paramount. We've had 2 repairs completed at WC, and we are totally satisfied. You're going to pay the same hourly rate wherever you go, so why not go top class.
Have been using Scott and crew for sometime now to take care of our fleet of 10 vehicles. Every time service has been excellent and the price very, very fair. Highly recommend! If you don't go here, the question is why?
