Had some work done on drivers side rear door. Mike was very professional and quoted a great price. They dealt with my insurance company and the work done was top notch. Everything from the quote, to the intake to the work completed was amazing. I highly recommend Harbor Auto Body to anyone looking for a great experience. I will definitely use then again if needed! Quality workmanship, delivered when promised and easy to work with. I Can't say enough about how well the repair process went. Their attention to detail is superb! Great customer service and very friendly
I have been a customer sporadically (because auto body work is a sporadic need) over the years and recommended them to family and friends in need. Today I had an issue outside their normal business model, a flat tire. I called while driving and panicking asking if they could look at it because I was close by. He said he would look but couldn’t be sure he could fix it. He took it in right away. Fixed it within minutes at no charge. This is why I always recommend this business. Thank you to the management and staff for the continued great service.
Have come here a few times over the years and they ALWAYS do a great job. Everyone is always so kind and helpful and they keep you updated on what’s going on with your car. Would definitely recommend!!
I had walked in and was greeted by Joe who was super kind and explained what needed to be done on my car. I received it back today and I am so happy with the results. My car looks good as new! There was no surprise costs and I will never go to anyone else. Absolutely perfect! Thank you :)
