I went to Milford to look at a car to purchase and before I went I called Ed’s to see if they would be able to look at the car and tell me what was wrong with it. Damien spent the time on the phone to tell me the questions to ask and things I should check. He wasn’t sure if he could look today but told me to call when I got up. I saw the car and had no idea what to look at. My husband always does the basic checking. I decided when I went to test drive it I would bring it to Ed’s. I showed up without calling and Damien stopped what he was working on. Looked around the car. Checked everything. Even more than my own mechanic at home. He explained everything and checked so much and gave me estimates. He then explained it all to my husband over the phone. He also helped me to figure out the best price to offer for the car. I live over an hour away but I know if I have a big issue with my car I would drive up. I also got to watch how amazing he was with another customer. She came in for something small. When he was done she went to pay and he said no worries it was small. Enjoy your day. Damien and his team showed me that there really is good in this world.
