Long time customer. Have to update my review. Upside: they can get you in quickly and they are HONEST IMO. Downside: things seem to be slipping lately. I have had some issues with my last three visits with them. I have been going to them for years but am now sadly looking elsewhere. I think they are burned out? Quality slipping

This was my third and last time using BC Auto for my vehicle (plus 3 visits for my wife’s vehicle). I took my vehicle in this morning for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation which they were immediately able to get started on. Within the first 10 minutes, one of the mechanics became irrationally angry and was yelling about how much he hated Volkswagen and my vehicle specifically. I became concerned that he might take the anger and frustration out on my vehicle so I moved from the waiting room to the counter in the garage to watch. During that time he called out that my yellow fog lamps would not pass inspection. I respectfully challenged that position noting that they had passed it last year with no issue. Gene looked up the statute and confirmed that it actually wasn’t against the law in NH to have yellow fog lamps. A while later, Gene was in the office and I let him know that I was going to be leaving and would come back in a while to pick up my vehicle when it was done. At this time, I also politely addressed the other mechanic’s behavior with Gene. Gene quickly dismissed his behavior saying “that’s just the way he is” and then scolded me for standing out in the shop watching them earlier because “they aren’t animals in a zoo.” I only went to watch after his employee was acting completely unhinged and I became concerned. I picked up my vehicle and everything seems to be fine. The price for the work was fair. However, we likely won’t be back after today’s experience.

Gene listens well, and explains well. He took my car in on short notice, when I was traveling in the area. I'm grateful to him for doing the work that needed to be done to get me back home!

Awsome place to bring your vehicle. Best prices in town. Got me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend.
