Update: business is under new management as of Fall '22. Unknown whether they'll be able to achieve the quality of the previous owners. Update update: They've gone the corporate route, rummaging through your car every time you bring it in so they can up-sell unnecessary services. Down to two stars. My review below is of an entirely different company, this might as well be another VIP now. Original review: Excellent auto service, honest and reasonable pricing. They're always very busy so appointment is a must.

Apr 23, 2024Thank you for your feedback about your visit. Our goal is to make sure your vehicle is safe, runs as it should and won't leave you stranded. So, yes, we do inspect the vehicle and make sure we don't see anything that could cause a problem so we can prevent it, rather than have you inconvenienced and show up on the back of a tow truck. We don't know about you, but we have never found a convenient time for our car to break down so we recommend preventative maintenance that aligns with manufacturers recommendations and our years of experience servicing vehicles and seeing what common issues lead to problems. We understand that the prior ownership did not do this which resulted in daily tow truck visits to our shop and many unhappy and stressed out customers. Spending a bit on maintenance items when you have control over them vs the cost of a large preventable repair is just common sense and in the long run helps our customers save money, time and hassle. Again thanks for your input, we do appreciate it and if you have any questions or just want to know more how to prevent breakdowns by performing regular scheduled maintenance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Couldn't be better! I came from another car repair, which told me I needed new tie rods, but that they could not get the parts for at least a couple weeks. I went to Roberts, and they said, "no problem, we can get the parts and do your repair tomorrow". Which they did. Super happy I came to Roberts.

I stopped in at Robert’s Auto to schedule an appointment for my car to get checked out. It was a Friday afternoon, and Joe scheduled me for early the next week. I dropped off my car, thinking that I was going to get an estimate and an oil change. They have a great system that notifies you through every process of the service. When they were done, I got a notification And went back to the garage. I spoke with Cooper who let me know what needed to be done and said that they could order the parts and do it that day! I got the notification that my car was ready a few hours later. Cooper explained me that I really needed to get new tires and That I could get them somewhere else, and they would put them on. And Ray, who is just about to head out on lunch, promptly offered to fix a rattle on a heat shield that I had mentioned at pickup. And he did it right then! I left the garage very happy with my experience there. I actually went and bought a set of tires and went back to the garage that afternoon. They had no problem at all getting those tires on, balanced and aligned that same day. They even let me drive my daughter home and drop her off first so she didn’t have to wait at the garage with me! The staff at Robert’s Auto is excellent. They are friendly and informative. I would highly recommend them for auto service and repair.

Great service and very quick. Thanks to Jen, was able to get my car inspection done super quick. Excellent job to all, but big shout out to Jen for getting me in so quick. Highly recommend!!
