Honest, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, efficient describes my random (and very lucky!) experience with Auto Advisors last week when I was forced to seek emergency repair service during my trip from Boston to Burlington, VT. While driving north on I89 my car suddenly started vibrating strongly. I slowed down and pulled off at the next exit. The local gas/snack station had no auto repair facility, but they kindly directed me to Auto Advisors, which was only 4 miles away. I called Auto Advisors before driving there and they told me they had a brief window of time between customer appointments to look at my car if I could come over right away. They were very pleasant and professional when I arrived. The owner, Brian Kane, was available so he connected my Toyota Highlander to the diagnostic computer and determined one of my cylinders was misfiring, which created the engine vibration. He replaced the coil to the failing cylinder which completely fixed the problem. He took my car on a thorough test drive and final diagnostics before giving it back to me. He also advised that my spark plugs needed replacing, which I took care of when I got back home. Auto Advisors really saved the day for me. And their repair fee was totally reasonable. Auto Advisors would definitely be my go-to auto maintenance shop if I lived near them.

My 2016 Buick Encore started to hesitate as I accelerated on 89 in NH, and as that quickly worsened all the warning lights went on. As it would barely chug at 40 mph, I got off at the next exit near Sunapee and stopped to cool it down. Searched for the closest gas station and called- I was so lucky as they suggested Auto Advisers nearby. I called and Dianne answered, she actually sad “… you poor thing..” so nice ! Brian diagnosed faulty spark plug/ ignition coil pack problem. Although the garage was clearly very busy, Brian called the next afternoon to let me know it was repaired and he’d tested it thoroughly. It’s working perfectly. I highly recommend Auto Advisers, Dianne and Brian will take good care with f you and your car.
