Logan and the team here at Manchester Collision did an awesome job with my Jeep. They performed the work that needed to be done in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process. With parts being delayed and all, they did their best to get it done ASAP. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Great job.

They did a excellent job at repairing my Kona but ran into problems with the follow through I had to call them to ask if the part that they owe me came in and they said it was and they would call me back to set up a time to put it on that was over a month half ago every time I call them they tell me the same thing will call you I went through this in the last week 3 times and I even stopped in and was told the same thing it’s a 5 minute job snap on the part and done I just don’t get it the review went excellent to very poor I’ll have to figure something out with my insurance company

Once the part is here its just a few minutes of your time to install, no appointment necessary. Again, sorry for dropping the ball, we will be sure to take care of you and make it right!

Extremely friendly staff and wonderful service. There was a small error made on my repair and they completely owned it and took care of it free of charge. It is always nice to do business with a place of great integrity!
