I have a breathalyzer handheld device installed in my vehicle. I go to Guillermo's every couple months to have the device calibrated. They've been nothing but friendly and kind to me. There was one recent situation where the device was draining my battery so badly it died. The device proved to be faulty, so my car had to be towed to Guillermo's and the device had to be replaced. They were busy, but they jumped right on my car when it arrived, replaced the device, charged my battery, and I had my car back in less than 2 hours. Amazing customer service for a single father who desperately needed his vehicle. I definitely recommend them.
