This is the first time I have ever left a review online, but I felt compelled. These guys, omg… these guys (sorry and of course Cindy) are amazing. They fixed a hole in my tire, and because I have a fractured foot, mounted it and replaced my spare for me, all within 20 minutes. With witty banter to boot. They’re tucked in off the main road, which must be the only reason why cars aren’t lined up down the street for AC recharges, which they do! Please go visit Marc, Cindy, and the other awesome fellow whose name I cannot recall (I’m sorry my friend). Family run, old school. They’re the best!

Very welcoming, love the old rocking chair they let me wait in, reasonable prices and honest evaluation of repairs actually needed.

Had a problem with my jeep....wheel came off!! Towed to Marc he had it fixed and back to me next day.... This was not a complex repair but that wasn't what impressed me most I was treated like a long time customer....super friendly, quick and fair service Marc wouldn't let me walk home he insisted on giving me a ride!! I will never go anywhere else!!!!

Passing through Alton on the way to a hike and check oil level warning indicator comes on. As luck would have it, I was just two blocks from Marc’s shop. Pulled in front of the garage bay, and was greeted with a friendly hello. Explained the situation, and within 8 minutes, he had diagnosed and fixed the issue. I was so grateful for Marc’s kind efficient help that I offered to pay what it was worth to me. Prior to pulling into his garage, I has accepted the likely reality that I would miss the hike and likely have to wait at least one day and possibly longer for the repair. Marc charged me way less than I offered. I tried to insist that he accept more, but he sincerely said, “I’m just happy that I could help.” The world needs more Marc’s. If you run into car troubles in Alton, Marc is your man.
