A flat tire is always inconvenient but when it happens on a busy, bustling family gathering weekend it is even more so. When I contacted Bill Salta late on a Saturday morning, I was not expecting to have the use of my car til Monday. But Bill had me bring it right in and within a couple of hours I had a replacement tire fully balanced and a car ready to go. Took care of my service efficiently and quickly, as I'm accustomed to at other Valvoline shops. One oddity is that the reminder decal specifies 3 months or 3000 miles even for synthetic oil, which is far too soon.
