I’m here on a carpentry job from out of state. My differential was giving me issues. I saw Marc had great reviews so I made an appointment. He spent time going over the truck and spent time going over my options. He informed me I had a fixable issue instead of an axel replacement. Then he referred me to a great transmission guy in Rochester, Bills Transmissions. Here is the Gold in this story. Marc could have just replaced the front Axel and had a payday. I would have gone for that. Instead he guided me on “my” best options. I called Bill, it turns out Bill was doing work with Marc’s dad before Marc took over the family business. Lots of good history and trust. Oh…did I mention Marc would take no payment for his troubleshooting or time. If there was a ten star option here I would give him a fifteen . Thank you Marc.
