Reviews are not something that I tend to leave often for I do not always feel as though people go above and beyond to ensure the service that they are providing is top notch. HOWEVER, German Motorsports and everyone that I have dealt with here needs to be spotlighted for their exceptional customer service and work. My Audi A3 needed some work. She is on the older side and as we age some, she has too. German Motorsports was a recommendation from my boyfriend who lives in NH. I live in Maine and I am all done giving my business to the dealership so I went with the supporting of small business and I will tell you all reading my review...if you want high quality work done without the dealership cost...make the drive to Gilford. The communication, appreciation and cost will not disappoint nor will it make you feel as though you need to eat Ramen for the next week. So, to ALL of you working at German Motorsports in Gilford, NH...I thank you and appreciate you more than you know. You will forever have my business.

This workshop has cheated me!!! I had brought my BMW 528 xDrive F10 to this garage for repair with engine problems. When the conversation took place after the inspection and I was told that the repair would cost over $4000 and they can't give me a guarantee that it will drive again. Ok, so when I got the bill, with read out etc. And an oil + oil filter change that was done without my consent!!! The best is yet to come!!! Then I decided to fix my car myself, when I drained the oil and removed the filter, they were old, no oil and filter change was done by this garage. I fixed the car with the help of YouTube videos and it cost me 400$ with special tools 😉 . This engine problem, is very common in these models, they knew that and wanted to buy the car from me for 1000$ off, repair and resell expensive.

May 23, 2023Hi Daniel, First off the 16K miles overdue & most likely all your services & oil changes is what caused the cam chain mechanicals & guide failure and when your wife made the appointment she said you hadn't changed the oil in quite some time so we told her first thing we would do was change the oil and she was ok with that, the inside of that motor was putrid and black and showed complete neglect and you should be ashamed of yourself for treating any car like that, The quote was for $2204.00 and we advised not to do this repair at all and the pictures you provided only proves the debris in the filter after the oil change you were bound to have problems in the near future and due to the internals of the engine we warned you of future concerns as we have seen before due to similar abuse and neglect such as your abuse on such a nice German car 2nd We would never offer to buy a car for any reason "WE DON'T BUY CARS WE FIX THEM" especially one as abused as that so I'm calling you a flat faced liar for saying that AND YOU KNOW THE TRUTH. I really hope you fixed it for $400 but I have not seen it leave your driveway for 2 months so I will only assume you are lying about that too.
The professionals at German Motorsports do all my service on my many Volkswagens and Audis. Their workmanship is exemplary. But there is one benefit that has not been mentioned here and that is the candy selection in the waiting area! Today I was blessed with the Whoppers Robin Eggs. It felt like Easter! Thank you service writers, mechanics, and candy connoisseurs.
