I have never been to this place before, first time was a great experience. The people there know what they are doing. They're very informative and friendly. They will tell you what else needed to be done with your vehicle just so you can decide whether to bring it back or not. The work was fast. Did not take more than weeks close to a month like the other places I took my vehicle to. I will be taking my vehicle back here if needed. Giving them 5 billions of stars ✨
I was a dedicated customer when this business was owned and operated by Steve Landry. Sadly, the quality of service has declined dramatically. I'll just speak of my recent car inspection/ oil change. If you want the mechanic to sit in your car and smoke a few cigarettes, then THIS is the place for you! I WILL NEVER return again! (I did call and state my complaint...didn't matter much to the manager/front desk guy.)

We do not allow our technicians to smoke in customer vehicles; I am sorry that your car smelled that way. We take our customer feedback seriously and are glad you brought this to our attention. We offered to have your car detailed to deal with the smell, which you declined. If you change your mind and would like this service we would gladly cover the cost.
When to Promex on Wednesday had tires put on they took about an hour witch was great but when I picked it up every tire was off I asked them to please check the tires and he told me the mechanic told him I had a red light on when I pulled in well my jeep doesn't have a red light when my tires are off it just shows how much air is in each tire. SO THAT WAS A BIG FAT LIE.Iasked them to please just check them and nope they would not so I WILL NEVER GO TO PROMEX AGAIN. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THEY HAVE MESSED UP .The 1st time cost me money. DO NOT GO TO THEM . I MEAN REALLY THEY CAN'T FIX TIRE PRESSURE.

Promex is the place to go. I brought my Jaguar in for inspection and found out I shouldn't be driving it at all. One of the front springs was broken and could have caused a major accident. I had to leave my car and wait for my husband to get out of work to pick me up. Jim, the office manager, offered to give me a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait. (Seriously! What other shop would do that? None that I know of) Not only are they extremely knowledgeable they are also very helpful. Jim also sat down with me and explained everything in detail as to what was needed to get my car road-worthy. Promex is my new mechanic. A+++ for Promex and Jim.

Unlike other shops that just throw parts hoping to fix things, these folks actually did what they said and diagnosed the problem first. For me that's a big win!
