if i could give a negative 10, this shop earned it. 1. took my car on october 26, said they would squeeze it in for repair, which was minor but for wheel damage, before rental 30 days ran out. 2. didn't return car till january 12, lied repeatedly about timing. 3. lexus doing oil change and wheel rotation discovered massive problems with the wheel work rendering car undrivable until new wheel bearing, that this shop said they replaced, replaced again. 4. admitted their screw up, but was quite abusive including expletives when i called to complain. 5. unprofessional, unresponsive, incompetent and abusive.
Looking for an estimate for car. The gentleman was honest & helpful
