Incredible service! Would highly recommend Cold River Marine. They did an incredible job winterizing and detailing my boat. I could tell that they took extra care to make sure it was nice and cozy all winter long. I summer on Lake Winnipesaukee and the last thing I want to do when I come up is worry about the condition of my boat. Jon and Billy were so fun and easy to work with. Jon also has such a nice smile. My boat looked absolutely fantastic! They brought it right to the water and I was on my merry way. Working long hours in New York City can get very taxing so it is nice to know that my boat is in pristine condition when I can get away in the warm summer months. I could not recommend them more!
No call, no showed twice for mobile shrink wrapping. Unreliable/zero communication after scheduling was done.

Nov 23, 2023Hi Zach, This review is extremely disappointing for us but also, I need to note, untrue. Our mobile shrink wrap system is not operated by appointment. We create a list of mobile shrink wrap jobs as customers call to tell us when/if their boat is ready and follow a schedule particular to our business and weather permitting. We did communicate with you during this process. It seems that you are unhappy with our level of communication and our process. We are a small, family business of a few employees. We will use this review to do better in the areas that you have referred to.
I would like to start off by saying thank you for being such a large part of a great vacation. My family and I took advantage of their pontoon boat rental and it was the "cherry on top " of our vacation. From start to finish we had great luck with these guys. The service was top notch. Price was fair. Communication was great and the pick up and drop off were flawless and punctual. See you guys next year. Thanks for everything. Dave, Chris and our clan
What a great experience we had with these people. We rented a pontoon boat for a couple days. The service was impeccable. The advice on where to go was spot on and they were just great people. I truly look forward to seeing them again next year.

Have a 26 ft Southbay tritoon with 300hp Merc.. Engine was running rough. Thought it was the old gas from storage. Went thru a tank of gas no change. I called Cold River on Wednesday they pulled the boat on Thursday. Bill had it back to us on Wednesday afternoon. Runs like a dream . Great job , reasonable price. Thank you Cold River

In my opinion there is a lack of communication. Does not return phone calls and emails timely. It seems to me that they do this so they can charge a late fee.
Rescue is in my DNA
Mr Moriarty is an amazing human being! Super helpful and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
