We have bought most auto parts here. That is until today when I was asked by my husband to return a $5 part WITH a receipt. The associate refused to give me cash because the transaction(over 2 weeks ago) was with a debit card. I told him it was my husband's card and I was expected to make a second trip in order to get my refund. This is horrible especially considering it was an employee at the store that gave me the wrong part to begin with. A return policy like that on a 5 dollar item? We are buying our parts elsewhere from now on. Also...teach your associates the difference between a hangar and an insulator. Their lack of knowledge cost me 6 bucks plus a round trip to the store!!!!

More expensive and in very drug infested city. I'll go to the next county next time. I only deal with O'Reilly's and Chevy dealers. No back yard mechanic for me lol

Everytime I go in the sales associates are very pushy and when I talked to the service CTR they as well seemed not very knowledgeable but tried to get me to bring my vehicle in for them to work on the quotes were outrageous

The used motor oil return always seems to be full when I visit this location. It was again when I visited on 8/27/23 at approximately 12:45pm. The assistant manager likes to give me attitude about it as well. I have to wonder why I spend my money here.
