I had a very positive experience with bodywork and customer service here. They got me back to usable while I waited and then got my truck back into really good shape in exactly as timely a matter as they indicated. They worked with my insurance company directly and easily and I had no difficulty.

The word is integrity meaning the quality of being honest I believe this dealership has it I call them Thursday on a vehicle I was interested in and they had this truck. They would keep me up to date so I wouldn't make the long trip. Which was a little over a 100 miles. I called on Friday around 4:00 and they said it was still available just before closing somebody walked through the door and bought the vehicle I had no hard feelings on this. But they had the integrity to call me let me know it was sold so I didn't make a trip to the dealership to buy that truck. That means a lot to me thank you Littleton Chevy.

A few months ago I brought my year old car in for a free oil change. It was displaying a code so I asked Littleton Chevrolet to tell me what it was. They demanded I sign a #160 slip to assess what basically is a 30 second to 1 min plug in of the cars computer. I refused so they didn t check it and I have been driving with this code displayed for over a month Knowing codes the way I do, I wasn't worried being brand new. But here is the thing. They are charging $160 and they don't even know what it is. BTW, that is nearly $10000 an hour.We finally determined it is an emission thing BUT that is not the point. If you don't actually have a tool to access the computer, an unscrupulous dealer might charge you that even if a mechanic determined it was covered by warranty. One would have no way of knowing. I just thought I would let other customers aware of this practice. I have forwarded the information to General Motors as well. I am not saying Littleton Chevrolet did anything illegal. What I am saying they should diagnose the issue FIRST...Then offer the customer options. I am awaiting word from Buick corporate and, if not resolved I will probably file a complaint with the state of NH.

Mary Ubaldo my service advisor has a great attitude and works well with all of our customers to come up with solutions for ones situation. You did come in for an oil change and asked for us to figure out why your engine light was on. Mary politely and professional wrote up the repair order and asked you to sign it and mentioned to you that there would be a $160 diagnosis charge to figure out what is going on. She mentioned to you that if it is covered under warranty then you would not owe anything. This is our standard process with each and every customer. We always listen to a customers concerns and note those but we never go by the customers diagnosis. We allow our certified and trained technicians to diagnose the concern and then discuss it with the customer. The $160.00 charge is for an hour of diagnosis not your $10,000 per hour calculation. Also, when Mary made you aware of our process and the charge, you began to raise your voice at her and your language towards her was inexplicable. Your attitude and poor display of respect will not be tolerated at any time. If you would like to discuss further, I am available by calling 603.444.1999. Thank you, Duane Coute GM
I recently had a great experience at Littleton Chevrolet, especially with Nick Ebinger and Derek Limoges, on buying my new truck. I highly recommend dealership.

I purchased a new 2024 Chevy silverado. Don Young was extremely easy to work with. Not one of your typical sales people. Had an issue with the radio keep resetting when truck was turned off. Remarkably it's been reset with no further issues. Littleton Chevrolet pulled it all together. Thank you, Chris Rivers

I am an 80-year-old customer sharing my experience with LITTLETON CHEVROLET. My old Chevy died peacefully before me, so it was time to shop for a new vehicle. My experience with LITTLETON CHEVROLET WAS OUTSTANDING! I wish to specifically note that the Sales Manager Mr. Snowman is a remarkably professional and equally helpful person! I pleased me that he was so knowledgeable and helped this old guy a lot. I also interacted with Mr. Coty Day he is Mr. Snowman's best Salesman. Another talented individual. Coty was awesome and he surely made buying easy as he handled the details expeditiously and most efficiently to my delight. Finally, a fine young lady named Patty, the Delivery Coordinator provided additional notable and courteous service during my time on premises while I selected and was securing my new CHEVY TRAILBLAZER SUV! I was so impressed that they have such a large inventory and a rainbow of colors on site ready to be viewed and from which to select. If you are seeking a new or a used car, may I happily suggest and heartily recommend that you visit this PARTICULAR SITE. I went to 4 other dealerships and sadly their customer service seems to have been lost at those dealerships. I encountered a level of professionalism and courteous informed and efficient service from each person with whom I had the pleasure of interacting there in Littleton. I was in the customer service business 52 years, so I know good service when I see it. The staff at Littleton Chevrolet exceeded the norm by a mile!
