Ryan and his team at KG Performance are top notch, and should be the only ones you think of using for your powder coating needs. Here’s the short story: I needed to get a replacement shift knob for my Focus ST. After tracking down a raw aluminum knob, the search was on to find an experienced shop to powder coat it gloss black. A quick google search, then looking at their website and social media, and it was clear that Ryan and KG Performance were a lock to do my small but important job. I decided to shoot over an email to see if my small job could be done. Ryan replied to my email within hours and asked me to stop in so we could review the job. When I arrived at the shop, Ryan was in the office and greeted me with a smile and a handshake. After talking about color, finish and cost, I was sold. This is where my experience turns from good to great. Ryan and his team were able to complete the job in an amazingly short amount of time. The finish and quality of the job is some of the best powder coating I’ve ever seen. The gloss is unreal, seriously, I can see my reflection like it’s a mirror. I have been a costumer at KG for the last 8 years and cannot speak highly enough about their customer service, quality of work, dependability, and honesty. They always aim to please their customers and offer excellent customer service. As a result, I’ve watched their business grow from a tiny 2 car garage shop to a shop that has several lifts and offers a wide variety of professional services. I’ve personally watched many of their staff perform services (I worked here for a short time doing detailing) and have been impressed with the level of care and detail they put into every job. The culture here is to treat every job as if you were doing it for your own family member (this is very evident if you’ve ever done business here). All of their staff are very honest, knowledgeable and professional and treat their customers like family. If you are looking for a business that does excellent mechanical work, powder coating, detailing, tuning, performance work or any other service, I highly recommend KG. You will not be disappointed.

Nice people great service and easy to find

KG has always done a great job with major upgrades to my truck. Quality work while meeting my expectations but my most recent visit deserves mention. I had my truck NHOU and while it was there, my serpentine belt slipped off and cause an error message and basically a low voltage situation to wear my truck was inoperative. No one's fault, just a fluke thing. Not only did they call me to notify me, they also properly diagnosed and repaired it AT NO COST. I received a complimentary wash and wax so not only is my truck prepped for harsh New England winter, it is in better shape than when I dropped it off. Bravo to the KG Performance team...You have a happy and impressed customer!

KG has been my go to repair shop since I retired from the Army nearly 7 years ago. They have always treated me good. They do really quality work at a reasonable price with great customer service. I have an older ToyotaTacoma that has needed a lot of work over the last few years. KG has kept me safe and on the road quite a few time. I brought my truck today to get some work done in order to pass inspection. They had all the work done in a day and came in under the estimate. I will always take my vehicles to KG. I am definitely a customer for life.
