Amazing customer service and the body work was unbelievable, could NOT tell that I had ever been in an accident. Car looks even better than before my wreck. Price was affordable. Dave the owner greeted me with a warm welcome. Honorable mention to Nate also. Right away I got the feeling Dave was as honest as the day is long. Initially he told me they were booking out 2 months to which I replied the job was nothing urgent so be it. We then went to my car where he assessed the damage on the passenger side at a much cheaper cost than what I expected and made me an appointment for the following week! There was also some body damage on the driver's side which required painting. Flawless work. They removed the dent, matched the paint perfeclty, and re-cleared the headlights which now look brand new. My wife's pickier than I am and she was impressed! You can't ask for more than professional, courteous service and that's what you'll get with Northeast Auto Body. They do great work and I'll gladly recommend them online and in person.

I cannot say enough about this shop… this team is what every other shop should aspire to be. From the moment I walked in the door, I was more than taken care of - they went above and beyond what was expected in every way. They’re transparent, realistic, helpful, knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and easy to relate to. And most importantly, they work with and for their customers, not against them. I am not bringing my vehicle to any other location. They are IT - the hidden, extraordinary gem that I thought didn’t even exist in the auto body world.
