While there are many places and other O'Reilly Auto Parts, this one has an amazing staff member who was not only kind and respectful, he was extremely helpful. I do not know his name, only he appeared to be in his young twenties, had dark hair and facial hair. I came in seeking window washer fluid and a back window wiper. After finding one in the system, he told me he needed to locate it so I wandered the store, thinking it must be taking some time not hearing anything. Turns out he was instead installing it on my car having found it. I was so grateful and surprised. While I said thank you, it deserves to be noted. He displayed old school customer service and it was well received. Thanks!
