Called Jeff after my serpentine belt broke. He was busy, and it was Thursday before New Years Eve. He said he would try to work me in and by 4 pm that same day, I got a call that my car was done. I was extremely happy to hear that. Thank you Jeff and your mechanic for going above and beyond in repairing my car. Truly rare these days.... I would recommend Gaudreaus to anyone!!!! First class service!!!!
Right during my panicked call they started to trouble shoot and surmise it might be an easy fix. Even though they and everyone else was booking three weeks out, I was able to get my car there and get it looked at, fixed and back on the road quickly! I had a great conversation with the owners and their cousin while waiting for the car to be fixed by their son—a true family business. What started out as a stressful situation (I needed to go pick up my daughter from college in NY!) turned into a surprisingly pleasant experience! Thank you!!!

Geoff is the owner of this business and he is honest, hard-working, not afraid of fixing a difficult vehicle and able to think outside of the box. He was able to install my handicap driving controls for me and tell me what to look for in a ramp. He does more than just his job he does his job very well and with a smile
