While out shopping in Plaistow, NH, I misplaced my credit card. While retracing my steps, I realized my gas gauge was almost on E! I called AAA and they said Premier Towing and Auto would be by to help. I promptly received a call from Matt. He assured me he would meet me shortly. Not only did he arrive quickly, but he went above and beyond to be sure I had gas and was safe and warm on a very cold night. He truly went above and beyond and turned a bad situation into something positive. Not only is this his business, he truly cared about my safety. Now I know if my car needs repairs, he would be someone I could trust!! I would feel confident to contact him for any of your cars needs! That night may not have turned out good if it hadn't been for Matt Tropp. Thank you Matt!!
