My husband come home to explain he was referred to Lane's by a co-worker. I explained I used to go this garage with my grandfather as a child. His son's Ron & Chris run it now, they grew up with all my Minery cousins in Loudon. The boys treated us fair & did exceptional work - even sent us progress photos along the way. Once they were done taking care of business my husband came out to get me. Ron didn't know my married name but he knew more about my family than I did. It was great to talk about all the mutual people we knew and the incredible reputation this garage still has after all these years! Good honest people
They thought they could get the parts for my truck faster than they could. So he kept forgetting to order the parts and would lie about already ordering them. Every week was a new excuse that contradicted his previous lies. Took months to get repair.
