Great work on our truck! Had to remove the whole dash and I was worried it would rattle after being done. No rattles! Perfect! Dave wants your wife’s ginger cookie recipe for me to make! 😂

We were heading to VT on vacation when we had car problems. These guys were the only garage in the area that took the time to see us. They hooked our car up to the diagnostic machine & if we had driven any further we would have caused more damage to our car. Ryan went above and beyond, to assist us. He wasn’t able to fix our car, but it showed great character on his part that he took the time on a Friday afternoon to guide us through our stressful time of need. We truly appreciate it!

I am so impressed with the professionalism and customer service of JS Automotive in Grantham! I had a VERY LOUD muffler problem and needed to find a new garage to work on my car. Chris was patient and understanding of my issue. I called on Wednesday morning and they got me in the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. They drove me to work in the morning, delivered a loaner car to me that afternoon, and my car was ready when I left at 530pm. They ended up having two mechanics work on the car to get it done by the end of the day! Then I got a call from Ryan about a week later with a message thanking me for letting them service my car! I'm so glad I decided to call them! They are definitely "my" garage now! Thanks JS Automotive!

Couldn't have found better service if I tried. Ryan and Chris were super friendly and helpful. You can tell this shop takes good care of their customers and vehicles. Just look at whats parked out front from old classic Mercedes to soccer mom vans to wrx's. They have the versatility and attention to detail. Clutch job was done above and beyond thanks to Dave. I'll be back for sure.

I recently took my 2015 sienna in for an inspection, oil change, front and rear brakes. Ryan and Chris make a great team. Very professional, kept me informed of the progress and promptly returned my van. Great local auto repair shop. Will use again!

Can’t thank J.S. Automotive enough for wonderful service! They came to our rescue when we were in the middle of a road trip and noticed our tire was quickly leaking air. We called ahead from the highway and they assured us they would be able to take a look immediately. David was extremely professional, showed us the issue, and after a quick fix, thoroughly explained the steps he took. Fully recommend this shop!

It’s been hard for me to find a shop I actually trust, and I’m very glad to have finally found one. I needed to find a competent and fair repair service for my Subaru Crosstrek as I've been very disappointed with area dealerships. I'm happy to say that I found what I was looking for. My service was fast and comprehensive, getting a text of a 53 multi-point inspection just before my car was ready. Most refreshing, pricing was fair with no high pressure pitch for services I didn't need. I was just given a print out of what upcoming maintenance to look for that I could do at my pace and affordability. Chris was very pleasant and friendly and knows his stuff, Couldn't ask for more.

So I had an appointment in advance for an inspection. I came in and the bills piled up quickly. They gave me a long list of things that they said I needed to pass inspection, half of which had nothing to do with inspection, and then they didn't pass my inspection. They said I had to come back because it was a two day job. I went down to a shop in Manchester the next day and I passed inspection no problem there. This place will pile on whatever they can to add to the bill. The whole New Hampshire inspection thing is a scam for mechanics to make more money. I would stay away from this place. They are going to pile on "fake" mechanical problems to pad the bill. I reported them to AAA as well. I have a 2016 car that I keep well maintained and have never had an issue with inspections before. He told me I needed new tie rods and my regular mechanic said the tie rods will be fine for at least another 3 or 4 years and will probably be good long after that. Stay away from these guys.
