Very happy with the work I got done. My car was finished sooner than quoted, plus my vehicle looks brand new after picking it up! Don't be scared off by any of the bad reviews this company might have gotten. I was overly impressed by this auto body shop compared to others I've been to the past few years! 👍🏼 Great customer service, communication, and work! Thank you!

Had my car for 7 weeks after initially saying the repairs should be done in 3-4 weeks, including several days at the end of the period when they said they had communicated with our insurance company and the insurance company had not received any messages. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had.

hey so my boyfriend got his car fixed here, the receptionists were really nice. but the workers said they had 55 hours of work (he slid during a snowstorm and a tree knocked off his right rearview mirror), but had his car in the shop for 3 months. his bank account got absolutely drained from paying for rentals. when he got his car back, the gas light was on, there was paint drips, there was moisture in one of the back light, there was weird goop all over his interior rearview, and they removed all of his exterior decals for no reason. there was also tape or sticker residue on one of the back lights.his rotors are also caked with rust from the car not being driven. overall he spent almost 3.5 grand on rentals. maybe im complaining too much and i hope this business doesnt get notified every time there is a review, but im upset for him considering how much money has been spent, his insurance covered what they said was 7k in damages. hes bringing the car back AGAIN to get the back light replaced because of the moisture, and so they can take the goop off of the fabric of the roof and out of the nooks and crannies of the mirror. his brakes are so bad now. he has to floor the brakes to come to a complete stop.

Horrible.... needed a basic part replaced (front lip). Received an est quote on the spot, which was followed up by an official quote requesting a signature a few days later. I signed and have been waiting for the part to come in but after about 1 or 2 weeks of waiting, I received an email from the manager asserting the part has not even been ordered. Additionally, he is not honoring the agreed upon price! Stay away from this place, just Horrible ethics....

I recently took my Ford F-150 to the Portsmouth Auto Body Center and I have to say the experience exceeded my expectations. Everyone was curtious and professional. The issue with my truck was somewhat complicated and I feel the Manager went the extra mile to ensure that all my needs were met, from both a quality of work and cost perspective. I am telling everyone I know that if you need Auto Body work done, there is no better place in Portsmouth than the Portsmouth Auto Body Center.

I had my Forester towed here for some extensive body work after an accident. It took some time for my insurance to send out their appraiser, but eventually they came back with very similar estimates as the body shop's. It was there for two months, which I was told was due to parts delays, so I can't fault the shop there. However, when I would call the front desk for updates, I was told more than once that they were still waiting on parts, but on pressing them to check with the GM, the parts had already been delivered and installed, and the case notes were not being properly updated. On a positive note, they were flexible when I had time constraints on vehicle pickup. After all was said and done, and I picked up my vehicle, there was an issue with vehicle noise/vibration. While frustrating, this may have been unrelated to the initial accident, as it was on the opposite side. I can't say for sure either way. They did pick my vehicle up from a nearby location and dropped it off when the work was done (fortunately covered under warranty by the Subaru dealership), which was going above and beyond in my opinion.
