I have been a customer here for 4 plus years an have had few issues but I purchased a product recently that did not work an when I tried to return it the manager gave me such a hard time an made me feel like I was a complete idiot. After telling him I have used this product for years a never had an issue that it was probably a bad batch he still continued to disagree with me. I was in there 35 min before he gave me a refund. Everyone else is helpful an knowledgeable. Him not so much.
