They were kind...polite...helpful...did all they could to insure that we got home safely after we broke down on the way home. Tony, Marcy and Josh could not have done more to take better care of us...of our car....We will forever be grateful and would readily recommend your shop to everyone! I am Warren's wife, Francesca, and I wrote about the entire experience....I am sharing it with all of you: The unrest going on in the world.....the frightening way the need for power seems to have overtaken kindness...consideration....goodwill....can easily overshadow all else that might me going on.....Our trip home took an unexpected detour and a short trip became a long one sometimes full of doubt...fear...apprehension...but we were in for a gentle....beautiful..."awakening"..... Yesterday our car suddenly broke down.... I wrapped my red hooded cape around me looking around...stranded in Wolfeboro..... But there are no "wolfs" ready to bite.. only the heartwarming sincerity of strangers wanting to help.... They smiled and wished us well as we waited for the tow-truck.... One lady even offered her Triple A membership services.... There is goodness in the world.... I looked around and took stock of all that we needed to be grateful for: We broke down at a Circle K service station.... We had food inside...bathrooms....warmth... all putting the nearly 2-hour-wait in perspective... The Auto Care service people greeting us with warmth....hospitality....giving us a car while ours was fixed....and a promise was made that one way or another they would get us home....car fixed or their loaner.... Angels walk among us.... They insisted we get some lunch why they fervently worked to locate the right part to fix our "hurting" car.... Lunch was filled with more kindness as people engaged us in conversation.... welcomed us to their town....glad to meet us We were hugged and wished the best as we headed back to the garage.... There is much goodness in the world.... Hours later car is fixed.... and the thoughtful....kind....mechanic did more than fix the broken part wanting to make sure that the rest of our journey home would be safe...no more breaking down.... Angels walk among us... A long tiring day turned out to be one of the best in a doubtful journey home.... And at the end of the side detour all we could remember is the genuine kindness of strangers.... the help and assurance that all would be well....be would be OK... It was a truly magical day and miracles were all around.... Thank you to the people of Wolfeboro....to the blessings they showered us with....a wonderful reminder there is good in the world....and good people exist...remember....believe....hope....

These guys were super friendly and helped me out in a pinch. I had a nail in the center of my tread and they are the only reason I was able to get to work today. Highly recommend them!

Since I've become wary of dealership "service centers", and my most recent visit to one in Conway (NH) left me quite aggravated, I selected the Wolfeboro (NH) Auto Care Plus to assess and repair a possible ball-joint issue on my 2107 Ford Edge Sport. I was already prepared for a long day waiting at their facility and a speedy diagnosis confirming my suspicion, along with expected news about the other issues I requested to be assessed. With the parts delivery at least a day away, I opted for their free loaner car. The staff is incredibly friendly and very personable. They were happy to assist me further with an electronic Emergency Parking Brake issue that I'd been attempting to resolve on my own, knowing the huge expense a dealership would charge. On top of that, a State inspection, four new tires, an oil and filter change... taking care of all the major maintenance necessities all at one. Unfortunately, the parts that arrived the following day were not correct making me grateful to have their free loaner car already. Then a round of a "particular respiratory virus" hit the shop hard extending my vehicle's stay. I could've gotten angry but chose to be calm and understanding. Why five stars instead of four? Four stars would've not been a correct reflection on the staff when all of the delays were from outside the shop. I will happily continue to use this shop as my primary vehicle maintenance location.

We are up here on vacation and came out to a flat tire. I called Marcie and she looked up which tire I'd need, and let me know if it had to be ordered it would be the next day. Even though another tire shop would likely have had the tire and stock, I instantly trusted Marcie based on her demeanor on the phone and brought my car in. They were able to patch the tire, and got it on the road the same day, and had excellent customer service. I highly recommend them for any car needs. And Marcie is a pleasure, you could tell that the customers love her and that they had several regulars which speaks very well of the shop!

Great service and friendly people! While on vacation I discovered a slow leak in my tire. I brought my car in and the they promptly got me in and had my tire patched in a half hour or less. I would highly recommend this auto care business and they are a AAA service center which includes a very nice and clean waiting area.

Marcy coordinated the work on my vehicle this AM. I did have multiple smaller items to take care of: inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Even so they had me out of there in a little over an hour. I appreciated them getting the work done quickly. What's super helpful about Auto Care Plus is the Vehicle Health Inspection report they provide. It's thorough and provides color coded action items (green, yellow and red) along with pictures. This helps me prioritize the work that needs to be done on my 10 year old Outback. Marcy took the time to explain and prioritize the suggested work and I've got the printout she provided with the cost estimates and I also received the online report with the pictures. Good stuff.

In spite of the emergency visit, they are so nice and helpful from start to end, they identified the immediate problem in the throttle body and also a leak on the coolant pipe and fixed those, so that I could pick up very next day. They saved us getting back to the original trip plan soon at an affordable price! TBH the corroded coolant pipe has been my headache that I was pretty sure I'd have to replace sooner (didn't notice it's already leaking)... I'm very happy that I could luckily find this place, and even got that headache fixed, without ruining the travel plan!

Easy to get an appointment. Friendly and professional service adviser. Preformed work within the estimated time frame. Gave overall estimate of future work that needed to be performed and have a comfortable waiting room.

I took my van to another shop had it for months and never got fixed. So I tried here and from the time I called and walked in the place was awesome! Marcy and Tony are the voices I worked with and talk about friendly and helpful and made me feel confident I was in the right place! I am disabled and just moved here had no way home if I dropped it off well I thought anyway lol. Marcy took me home and helped in her car and I do get embarrassed sometimes but she was a blast and and helped me and made me feel confident and I thank her for that! Man we was laughing and I feel I even made a new friend. The price and service was spot on and I was impressed to say the least. So please do you're self a favor bring your vehicle here and you will be happy you did. Again thank you for your help and for fixing my van and for giving me a place I can trust !

This was the best car inspection experience I've had anywhere. The staff was friendly, and prompt. The facility was clean and comfortable. Auto Care Plus is certainly my go-to place for inspections now.
