Great service and staff
From when I gave them my keys to have a four-wheel alignment done on my truck to when I paid the bill and walked out the door, it was less than an hour. They did it quickly, efficiently, and effectively, and no one tried to sell me parts I didn't need. I spoke with the technician who carried out the work, and he explained how it went and gave me a copy of the alignment results. If/when an issue arises, I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on my vehicle again!
If I could, I would give 10 stars! We had been taken care of in an unfortunate situation as if we were friends or family. Our car broke on our way home ( a 6h drive to Canada), in the middle of nowhere. After being refused at another mechanic, as they were fully booked and it was the end of their business day, we were referred to Osgood's. Here at Osgood's they assesed the problem, ordered the parts and told us they could get it done by the next day. They even offered to give us a lift to a hotel (I can not imagine how we would have gotten there otherwise, with two young kids and no car, no Uber). The next morning, by the time of our checkout, our car was up and running. We cannot thank them enough for the service they have provided !!!
Called last minute to get a tire changed, and they fit me in. Fast service, I'm very appreciative! Thank you George!
