Really positive experience here. Friendly, competent, finished beautifully. They returned what felt like a new car inside and out.
I just picked up my car this morning and I have to say, they are amazing. They kept me updated the whole time and were very friendly. They fixed it within a short period of time which I appreciate! They even cleaned the inside of my car which was SUPER nice. 100% recommend. Thank you again!
Auto Collision Center of Exeter were exceptional from the moment I dropped off my car to the delivery of a spotless vehicle that was repaired to perfection. Wendy, Bryan and Phil were professional and communicated each step to keep me informed of my vehicle. “Under promise and over delivery” comes to mind when I reflect on my experience! I would highly recommend their establishment.
Highly recommend ACC of Exeter! Wendy scheduled me for first available appt, coordinated with the rental car company so that when I dropped off my car, the rental was there waiting. She communicated throughout process to let me know how the repairs were going and when my car would be available for pick up. It was earlier than expected too! When I picked up my 11 year old car, she looked brand new. Not only was the repair pristine, but they vacuumed inside and washed outside. This detailing was such an unexpected and pleasant surprise! Everyone that works in the front office was professional, organized and kind. It was an amazing experience!
