Bad quality and sloppy work and hate when you call them out on it. For instance when painting the hood of my car they forgot to re-attach the windshield fluid hose. A few days later i discovered that it wasn't connected. I told them about that, their response was "just re-attach, its simple", i response i said " i shouldn't have to do that".
