Great business. They get you in quickly, they're direct and informative, all their workers are pleasant & fun to chat with and they do the job fast. Dunkins and pizza nearby if there's a wait.

So I went to Motivated Auto Repair yesterday for an oil change, and asked them to check my vehicle to make sure it was ok. I had been hearing a weird noise when I drive in a parking lot where my wife is going to school in the area. I am not from the area, but it is a long commute so I cannot see my normal mechanic. So I looked them up. They were able to get me in right away, and they were really nice. As I was waiting my mechanic came in the waiting room and asked if I could come with him so he could show me something. He took me under the car and showed me the driver side tire. This was where I was hearing the sound. He showed the stabilizers were a bit loose. They estimated that the cost would be 6500, and were able to fix it within the next hour and a half and it ended up being 640. I was treated very well at Motivated, and will be back if I need work on my car. They really have great customer service, and the mechanics really seem trustworthy, which is hard to find. I really had a great experience.

We called and made an appointment a head of time for oil change and tire rotation. It was clear there is little communication due to the fact the worker at the desk thought we were there for a state inspection. We had to correct him and explain what our appointment was for. Upon getting my car back it REEKED of smoke and a lighter was left on my drivers seat. I don’t smoke. I also noticed my inspection sticker had been messed with, again we were not there for a state inspection. Not to mention they overfilled my tires by almost 10 psi. I will not be bringing my car back.

I came into Motovated Auto Repair thinking my car needed a new engine after being advised that's what it needed and these guys looked at my car and had great news for me and saved my car. All I needed was a new timing belt and water pump and my car was good to go again. I was also advised to get the front pads and a wheel bearing done and I was so impressed with the previous work that had been done I went ahead and decided to get that done too because I trust these guys. Everyone do yourselves a favor and don't go to those other franchised car mechanic places and come see these guys at Motovated Auto Repair in Hooksett. They're amazing and won't lie to you and are upfront with what your vehicle needs. I trust every mechanic at this establishment and I'll be bringing all of my future car business needs to these guys. The guys here know what they're talking about and informed me what was wrong with my car in a matter of moments I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism.
