My 2008 Buick was towed in to Extra Care Hooksett. The part that was needed was not available from GM. They made an effort to search and find the parts to get my car running again. I trust these guy to do the repairs right. They are great guys to get the job done! I appreciate my mechanic Keith, who did a great job getting my car running!!!
Awesome team and quick service
Great service. They are honest and great at what they do, got my truck in and did the work and got it out. Definitely my go to for now on.
When I came to pick up my 2015 CRV the guy at the front desk told me that there was an “accident” involving my car. I went to go check it out and the entirety of my interior was coated with feces.

Aug 23, 2023Ok so do you have pictures of this absurd statement. Which location did you supposedly go too?? Looking through our customer list the only shop that had that name is Hooksett and that name has not been there since July of 2021 when that customer name failed New Hampshire State Inspection with a laundry list of safety failures.
The team at Extra Care Auto Repair is incredibly friendly, and the most honest mechanics I've ever taken a car to. They're a rare breed -- highly recommend!

I am a mechanic and former automotive repair shop manager. I don't advertise this when I go into a repair shop, but I know a good repair facility when I see/experience it. I recommend this shop, they're honest and great at what they do.
