Today was my first experience with Adam’s Auto and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Brenda at the front end was very friendly upon arrival to drop off my car and when speaking to her on the phone later on in the day. Mike, the service manager, I could not say enough nice things about! Not only did he call me to explain the work that needed to be done to pass inspection, he made the conversation very light-hearted and expressed to me how he really didn’t want my first experience with the company to be spending millions of dollars. He was honest, open, and kept the price as low as he could, while ensuring that my vehicle will be safer to drive than it was before I stepped foot into Adam’s Auto. On top of all of these amazing qualities, it sounds like my vehicle will be ready to go the same day I dropped it off!! 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking to have work done on their car; they also offer state inspections and oil changes as well! One thing is for sure: I will be returning to this wonderful auto care team in the future!
