These guys are incredible! I got an extremely thorough breakdown of everything that my car needed immediately to be safe, upcoming fixes I'll need, and things that were safe based on NH inspection laws. Communication was very good and if anything comes up beyond the original quote, they'll call immediately to make sure you want to proceed. They were very understanding, and worked with me to stay within my budget. I will be using them in the future and recommending them any chance I get. Also, this is where I brought my car after a previous shop in Durham had proved incompetent. Vehicle fixes are expensive, but these technicians don't cut corners and do the work right to make your vehicle safe. Stop reading the reviews and schedule your appointment now!

As a retired mechanic instructor. I would never recommend this shop. I asked for two front tires mounted. They charged $145 . I was very upset because all tire shops charge about $25 to $ 30 per tire. They charged 1 hour to torque the wheels. I would never use them again.

Your car has unique TPMS sensor stems that were $25 for the pair, and you asked us to dispose of your old tires as well, which costs $14.50, all included in that $145. We are not a "tire shop", we are a full-service modern, well-equipped (and fully staffed) automotive repair facility. We happen to have the latest technology to be able to accomodate extreme tire sizes like yours. As a "retired mechanic instructor" I am surprised that you think this is worth a 1-star review to a family-owned small business that's been here for 75+ years.
