Solid work by a reliable name in the community. Rates are good and they keep well to their schedule, with only reasonable exceptions. They treat their customers well, and don't milk jobs for extra hours. A recent example - when I brought my 2005 350Z in for an electrical issue (battery drain) they recommended up front they only do one hour of troubleshooting - their reasoning being that with electrical problems, it's usually either found within the first hour, or on the third day. When they didn't find anything, their recommendation was the most honest I have ever heard from any mechanic - take it around to other shops and ask them to troubleshoot it for one hour as well, to have a better chance of getting the car in front of someone who will have seen this issue before and know right where to look. Was it the answer I wanted to hear? Absolutely not. Was it the right answer? I think so. His advice leverages the expertise of the entire local community to get an answer for the cost of a few billable hours sprinkled throughout the community, instead of a few dozen all to his own garage - even when I'd told him up front I knew it would take forever to figure out and was prepared to pay it. Bottom line is, I trust them. I trust their work, and I trust their recommendations are made with MY best interests in mind, not their own. I would recommend them to anyone.
