I was on a ski vacation, and when I arrived in North Conway, I noticed a knocking noise coming from the left front tire area. I continued to drive for a few days and the noise became more frequent. I contacted Johnson's, and they got me in the next day to take a look at it. They were very busy, had staff out with Covid, and said they could take a look at the car to see if it was safe to drive, but would probably have to schedule repair later. Definitely not safe to drive. The technician informed me that the lug nuts for the left front tire were very loose, & the tire could have fallen off. He tightened the lug nuts, problem fixed, and no charge for the service. I highly recommend Johnson's. Professional & courteous staff, great service.

Really great service. Thought I had a burnt headlight. Mechanic tightened a wire and didn’t replace the bulb. No charge and wouldn’t take a tip for his time! Amazing! Highly recommend

Had a strange noise under my car so asked them if they would ride with me to check it out. They were just ready to close but took the time to ride with me and they figured out (after putting it on the lift) that it was the exhaust pipe (which had become loose) banging against the underside of the car. All of the other reviews paint the story but I just had to share our experience as well. We are in a rental car that we drove from Florida here to New Hampshire. On a Friday after work we go to run some errands and find that our tire pressure is low. After calling 6 other places and being pushed away, we found this gem of a place who got us in and out within 40 minutes of our first call to them. Patched our tire and saved us so much time, energy, money and headache. Not to mention the lovely lady at the front desk allowed us to bring our dog in with us (we’re traveling with our pup) and she gave her treats and water. Would recommend this place 100 more times. If in doubt, find these folks to take care of you and your car needs. So grateful for this experience!
