Excellent service great communication

I don't like to leave bad reviews but I am still dealing with the last repair that this shop did not do correctly. I went because my gas gauge wasn't working correctly. They assessed it and when I went to pick up the car they said they charge a fee just for looking. I get you gotta make your coin, and also that is definitely not standard practice in the area nor was it told to me. They then fixed what they said needed to be fixed but the gas gauge still didn't read correctly. I took it back and they said they refixed it, but the next day the gauge started reading wrong. I had a family member mechanic out of state take a look and he said the job wasn't done well. So I'm out about 1200 dollars and the problem I went in for still isn't fixed - the gauge says it's not full when it is, and the bars float around. I didn't bother taking it back to them because I didn't trust they wouldn't charge me more for a poor job especially when they went to charge me a couple hundred just to check out the problem. They stressed it might be another issue causing the problem, which I understand, and again, I'm not sure why it was never addressed in that case. They also stressed it very heavily and I couldn't shake the feeling they wanted to make a buck. I've had better experiences with other local garages but this one got me in fastest and I should've gone to P&N up the road instead. I had read all the good reviews and I wish I had had a different experience.

Had the passenger side window stuck down on my 2004 Ford Conversion Van. Called Weed Family Automotive and told Ronny what my issue was and made an appointment. Ronnie gave me instructions on the tape to use when covering the window as Rain was predicted. The following Day, I got a call from Bobby to bring it in as they had a cancellation. The window fixed by the crew and they applied my AAA discount. I was glad they resolved my problem and I had my van back before the weekend.
