Went in to get my car undercoated, they found and corrected an issue it had and goat it coated within an hour and gave me a good price! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be taking my car back next year for an under coating again.

Such phenomenal customer service and quality of work. I had body work done on my car — they were able to get me in much sooner than any other body shop and were so patient and kind throughout the entire experience. They were quick with the repairs, and went above and beyond in making my car look amazing! 10/10 recommend.

UPDATE (5/2023): The first time I went to The Car Doctors, they totally went above and beyond for me (see original review below). To be honest, I figured it was probably just an extra good day over there and I didn't expect that kind of service again and again, yet that's what always happens. I've been a client now for over a year (my husband and I both), and they always get us in when needed, are always honest with their recommendations and pricing, and often come in *under* the estimate. Who does that?! As I told Jodie today, I'm sure the day will come when they'll be over an estimate, but I know I'll get a call about it first, and regardless, I won't bat an eye anyway because I know whatever needs to be done really does need to be done. I totally trust them, not just to charge fairly, but to do the work right. I have never before been able to say that about a mechanic. ORIGINAL REVIEW (2/2022): I had honestly never heard of The Car Doctors until my usual mechanic couldn’t get me in until late next week for something quick and easy but also fairly urgent. I went to The Car Doctors on the advice of a nice guy at NAPA and I’m so glad I did! They went way above and beyond, not only providing the immediate service I needed, but offering practical solutions to a somewhat complicated ongoing issue. The front desk staff and mechanic I spoke to were all super friendly and accommodating. The wicked cute resident puppy and lobby massage chair were just the icing on the cake. If it’s possible to have a silver lining to a dead car, it’s that I found them. Highly recommended.
