The female delivery driver is very respectful, polite.
Tanner was an amazing help. I had some concern about what my mechanic had quoted me for parts. Tanner informed me about the parts in question, explaining how most available are third party reconditioned; and went as far as researching the cost from the manufacturer. At the end of it I felt much better about the quote I received. Definitely an O'Reilly customer at this point!
Hats off to the team at O'Reilly's. I needed a code read on my car. They provided the service for free and it allowed me to isolate the problem and save a few dollars on repairs. Thank you O'Reilly Team.

I was told by an employee that they'd be happy to install a new battery if I buy it there. The employee looked under my hood and confirmed that they could do it. I went back the next day and was told to go somewhere else to have it installed. Great customer service.
