NEVER AGAIN...
I am not one to write reviews & I do want to start by saying I am very thankful for this place being able to fit me in very last second on a time crunch… BUT…. HOLY MOLEY! I will not be returning here and I would not recommend anyone giving them your business. Place was pretty sketchy, you can only pay with cash or cashapp/Venmo/etc., reeked of cigarettes & the office woman was nodding out for a good part of the 5 hours that I was waiting for my car to get the tires swapped with new tires and back on. Around 8pm when I paid and they claimed to be finished, I went out to inspect my car and found 2 lug nuts missing. They claimed they were told not put those two back on but I said nothing like that. I paid to have the job done and fully finished. But lesson learned, plan ahead and don’t wait until last minute.
This place has changed. The mechanic previously here that earned the stars from other reviews is gone. What's left is very shoddy, totally unprofessional and not worth your time. Multiple promises of "it will be done today" only to be told otherwise after repeated follow ups. That went on for a week. Suspected borrowing of parts from our car to fix others. Can't prove it, but some things that worked, suddenly didn't when we got the car back. Go figure. Anyway, I would avoid this place at all costs. Plenty of other more reputable shops in the area to choose from.
