horrible communication. job was suppose to take 2 weeks and ended up taking 3 months. I had to call to get any updates. would not recommend this shop
Worst day I’ve had in a long time- but they made it a little better. I’m about 1600 miles away from home, working a contract & my car breaks down for the first time in my life. I was able to sputter inside a construction zone, while I sobbed and carried on my husband organized the tow all the way from Georgia. Courtney got there, lifted my spirits immediately & made everything better. Great guy, super fair prices, very safe & very fast! Highly recommend!!

My family got a very large RV stuck in some soft sand all the way up to the axel. Northeast picked up the phone on the first ring and had a large wrecker out to our remote location in less than 2 hours on a weekend. The driver carefully hooked up the RV and took care to adjust the cable so there would be no damage to the valence while pulling it out of the sand. Driver got us pulled out and up onto firm ground so we could continue with our weekend. They were super friendly and really saved our weekend from turning into a complete disaster! Thanks again. Rob

My boat trailer had a bearing let go in Sutton. I called Northeast, they picked up after one ring and were super pleasant. I explained I needed a tow to get the trailer with boat back to my house. They sent out Martin, super prompt response and man does he know what he’s doing. I stepped back, he strapped the front and pulled it on. When we got to my house he was able to position his flatbed and unload the trailer directly into my barn. He is not only skilled but he’s a great guy to speak with. Overall a great experience. Thank you Martin and the Noetheast team!
These guys are always around and happy to help if you need a tow, a spare tire or just about anything else that needs to be towed or moved. A+
