I arrived on time for my 0800 appointment to change my summer tires out for my winter tires. At 0851 I received a text saying green is good which told me that I would be leaving shortly. Two hours went by now it is 10:51 and I have not spoken with ANYONE. Shortly thereafter a young man came out of the greeting area and asked me why I was still here. I instructed him that I don’t know where my vehicle is but that I had received a message stating green was good 2 hours ago. He told me that that was diagnostics and that I had the worst technician working on my car who knew nothing about the computer system. I was not told I was getting an alignment as I had not needed one my prior visit I never gave it a thought. But of course that is what happened and I was forced to pay for it in order to get my car and leave. The tech took my car for a test drive so again I waited. I left at 11:50. I have issues surrounding length of appointment before but trying to remain loyal to where I leased the vehicle. I can no longer commit to using McGee Toyota. 3 hours to change tires and to belittle a coworker is unimaginable
