We purchased a Ford Explorer ST one year ago. We contacted Ben Mousel with what we were looking for and he found exactly what we were looking for! He was very knowledgeable about all the options we had to learn about, he walked us through it until we both were very comfortable driving the car. It was exactly what we were looking for and the exact price we were expecting. He made the shopping experience a great one. In addition, my wife had previously purchased a Ford Edge at another dealership. She had questions about it and Ben walked her through all of her questions that were never explained at the other dealership. A few months after we bought the Explorer ST we received a letter from Ford inviting us to the Biltmore Estate in Ashville, North Carolina to participate in the Ford SUV Event. This was absolutely incredible! They put us up at the estate and fed us and put us in a new ST for the SUV Experience. We drove through the mountains, cities, off-road trails and race tracks. They had us try all the driving options as well as speed trails through a course, which was the coolest thing I have ever done, we came in second out of twenty explorers! The whole experience was done very professionally, we learned a lot and had a ball. We are very grateful to Ben for getting us in this vehicle.
