HONEST. I was often ripped off by grappone where I purchased my car but it took me years to realize it. After a particular experience I realized I was being taken advantage of. I'm grateful for the recommendation to go to Kezar instead. Suddenly everything was affordable and there were no games. Full information and options were provided and there was no judgement about choosing a budget friendly option. They are non-judgemental, neurodivergent friendly, practical, honest and efficient! I had an experience where my blood pressure suddenly dropped. They let me lay down on their comfy waiting room couch for a long time. No questions asked, no judgemental looks or chatter. Just practical, honest men. It's a safe environment for girls and I do recommend this to young ladies who are looking for a reliable mechanic. You won't get ripped off, you'll get great service from guys who can handle no nonsense approach, anti social introverts (as someone who has passed out intentionally on their couch during a long service when I preferred to be non-verbal), or someone chiming into conversation. It's worth repeating, they're respectful, honest and efficient. It's wonderful to know you can walk in dressed up professionally or in your favorite old sweatshirt that's clean but stained and old baggy sweatpants and no matter what you're treated with the same level of respect. These guys are legitimate and I highly recommend them.

Moved to the area recently and found Kezar Automotive. I had been going to my previous mechanic since high school but it became to far to travel. They took good care of me and my Subaru. 10/10. They were efficient and affordable. Thank you!!!

I wish I could give more stars! My son had his vehicle inspected at another place and needed work done. They got us in right away. They found things the other place missed. Fixed it all. They always under promise & over deliver! Got an estimate & was told to drop my car off for the day. I couldn't get a ride so I stayed in their waiting room. I'd expected to be there for 6 hrs, it was done in less than 3. My total came out to $100 less than the low end of the estimate they gave me. Transmission service is very stressful to get & find someone to trust to do, they definitely over delivered. Even checked the rest of my car for pre inspection, no charge. Happy car happy girl.
