Friendly and left a surprise treat in the car.
Great trustworthy service at a reasonable price.
After a thorough Google search I found Reliant and read the reviews of the shop, when people use the word honest that says it all. I found Mike to be very honest, kind, personable and friendly. Will definitely be going to Mike again for any car repairs. Thank you Mike for being so kind!

Just met mike owner,,great guy...these guys are pros,,, I am not...
I was given a quote for work on my car, brought it in and turns out the quote was wrong. Which happens. It would now be nearly triple the original price. Sheeeeee.... I told them I'd talk to my dad before deciding (his number was listed as secondary contact). Well we didn't get the work done but SURPRISE they started working on the car anyways!!! So I got charged 200$ for the work they'd already put in :/ Then they said they also fixed something else on my car? Which it wasn't in for. They just decided to do that and charged me 60$ for it. When I asked why TF they did all of this without asking, they said that my dad approved it. Which he didn't. So yeah, don't go here. They're just a scam and are gonna charge you for everything they possibly can.

May 23, 2023Aria: The miscommunication lies between you and your father who approved the work we did. We NEVER do a costly job until we get approval first, as any of our regular customers will attest. When your father was told what was found with our diagnostic time and what it would actually cost to fix your vehicle appropriately, your father told us to just put the car back together and he'd pay whatever time we had into it, which in fact, was an hour and a half MORE of labor than you were charged.
So glad I was recommended this place after my last mechanic retired! Mike was very friendly and the work was done quickly and cheaper than I was expecting Picking up my car was great too, again very friendly staff and a free bag of cookies Customer for life

These guys were very honest and reliable. I had them fix my work van and my personal vehicle. They did a great job and I will be bringing my vehicles there in the future.
