This customer did infection drop off a pile of rust of which Randy and Beverly will be able to take care of this year. The man owning the vehicle has a price to fix this truck completely that is about 5 percent of the price range it would be. And anybody who has done restore work knows there is no set time to do so. This guy should be very happy with the fact that he has a truck inside of A1 dry out of the weather. Randy does not make excuses, Randy lost his sister. This guy knows about, than Randy lost his Dad, of which this guy knows about, and now Randy lost his mother and three months ago Randy got the opportunity to receive a health issue that has all but stopped him from working. This guy states he gave a pile of money, he gave A1 a 3 thousand dollar deposit and his truck has been worked on. He quite apparently has no idea the process for the project he brought to A1. What he needs to know is that Randy is the best Autobody man in the northeast, and when Randy heals from surgery, given the chance will do work for this guy that most people have dreams of getting. To this guy sincerely, Beverly and Randy apologize for the wait, and want this costumer to know that Randy is not only the best but the fastest most accurate body man he will ever see. So with that in mind, we at A1 refuse to do this job until it can be focused on. Randy has sadness and pain, not excuses. To the customer, Sorry for the wait, but like the old story,"good things come to those who wait" and any other shop the starting number for this job will be 25k plus and it will not be worked on for a year or so. Sorry Burton, Randy is exactly what you need and want for grandpa's truck. Be just a bit more patient,and you will see what anybody that knows Randy is talking about.
