My family and I were going for a road trip to see Vermont when our car broke down. Thankfully, an R&K tow truck came and towed our car to their shop, where they repaired the car. And we finished our road trip without any harm. They did such a great job at repairing our car.
A very good place to go to get work done on your car. The owners and their workers are supper.
Had a last minute issue they got me right in and searched for over an hour for the problem unfortunately it's intermittent. But their price was more than reasonable for the amount of time. Came back again today they fit me right in again and double checked it and gave me advice didn't charge me a dime
The last thing I want to deal with is my car. I was carless for three days (Christmas holiday) not knowing who to call. I found R & K online and spoke with Bob and told him I had a dead battery and it's time for a replacement.. We set up a time at 8:00 am the next morning for him to tow my car to the shop. He arrived promptly and saved me some money by charging my battery rather than a tow. They ordered my battery , installed it and within an hour I was on way back to work. These group of men not only made me feel very comfortable but they were professional and down to earth at the same time. Thanks guys!
Got stuck in a snow bank with my Corolla. Called the office and less than 30 minutes later a tow truck arrived and he had me out in 10 minutes. Very efficient and kind driver who rescued me on a cold day. Would call them again if necessary!!
