This came as a shock that this was the review that was given..especially since this is really between this couple. As always before any work is done they were called and agreed to the work being done on the vehicle and the price. They were not charged $400.00 for the battery to be put in, they were charged to diagnose what the issue was, the price of the battery and 1 hour of labor. What happened was the car was towed in on a flatbed and as always I called the owner with the issue and fixed only what it took to get the vehicle running. The woman called and said she was going to Walmart and get a cheap battery, which she was told no problem. Then the man called back and said he didn't want a cheap battery, to go ahead and get one the better that we warranty, his main concern was he didn't want to get stranded again. Unfortunately I do not make the prices of the batteries and parts or design these vehicles that require me to have expensive computers to diagnose issues.
